RAINBOW VEINS

I'll blend up that rainbow above you and shoot it through your veins. :))

Can you see my pain?
When I am feeling low,
When my face loses its glow,
When my tears wet the pillow…

Can you see my pain?,
When I feel lost in the crowd,
When I fail to make you proud,
When I can’t cry out aloud….

Can you see my pain?,
When I crave for your attention,
When I have loads of tension,
When my feelings I can’t mention…

Can you see my pain?,
When I feel lonely and sad,
When a bad day I’ve had,
When life is driving me mad…

Can you see my pain,
When I want your love and care,
When I feel no one’s there,
When life seems unfair…

No, you can’t see my pain,
For I have learnt to hide,
My pain, the tears I’ve cried,
My feelings, my emotions, have died!!!!

This will be my blog for the month of February. That's all I can feel for that month. I guess nobody can see my pain except for God. He's always there for me. :)

---

First of all, I want to apologize for posting my blog for January in the month of March. Okay! Let's glaze this up.

January could be seen as “oh my gosh, how am I ever going to accomplish in 2011, what I accomplished in 2010!”

It is very, very important that each of us start the first month of 2011 with a STRONG POSITIVE EMOTION in January! By starting out strong in January, we put ourselves in the position to keep the momentum going into February…and just as it is with running, the body warms up after the first 10 minutes, so by March you are well under way to meet your first quarter goals. This will motivate you to meet your mid-year goals which will sustain you to reach your annual goal.

The emotion that I am experiencing is “Excitement” because the energy that flows from that emotion otherwise defined as “exhilarating, thrilling, stimulating and full of pleasure” is definitely a road that I choose to remain on for 2011!

That's all! I need to make another blog for the next month - February.

Remember, December!

Garsh! It' s already 2011 and I don't have any blog about the last month of 2010. I can't exactly summon into my mind the happenings that occur last month. I need to concentrate. *whew* Okay! Got it!

--December 16, 2010--

Party! Party! There are lots of things that we've done and of course yummy goodies we've eaten in our Christmas party. All of us didn't waste a second because this is our last Christmas party that we are together. *teary eyes* Oh my! Gonna stop this lil' drama of mine.

Take a glance to some of the happenings on our Christmas party.

Party party :D

Finally, exams are over. Now, what to do first?
I am so relieved because no more tests until the new year. Yea!
It's time for my mind to relax for awhile.
Wanna party party!

Ooppss. I need to finished this one. I know that it is super duper late to post this blog but I need to divulge the happenings on the month of October.

Let's now recapitulate those occurrence last month :

* Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi *
-- October 4. This is our last feast day in our high school life so it should be "no books allowed, just enjoy the day". In our section, books are always there on our side, it is usual for an A-section. But we shouldn't forget that we also need to play, have fun, and forget for a moment those mind cracking lessons. Hey! It's time to party party. *whoosh*

I lililili love the so-called "caterpillar game".

This day is so tiring yet fun. Yea!

* Trade Fair *

-- This is one of the activities in the UN Celebration. It's part of our practicum in T.L.E. All 4th year students were designated in each group. Where we should sell anything in order for us to earn money and to have large profit. I swear that it is not easy to be an entrepreneur but it is also fun. At least once in my life I had expericed to be an entrepreneur. It's surely an unforgettable experienced. :)

I would like to share a short story about God and how He never leaves us in times of hardships.

One day, a plane crash on an island. All passengers died except for the pilot. He was stuck on that island. The pilot made a hut for his shelter. He looked for food and stored it in the hut for his survival. Day and night he prays and waits for someone to rescue him but no one came.
Unfortunately, the hut burned into ashes and nothing was left of it. Because of that tragic event, the pilot got angry and questioned God why He had done this to him. The next morning, the rescuers came. He was very happy because at last he was found. The pilot asked the rescuers how they knew that he’s on that island. They said that it is because of the smoke signal that they saw yesterday. ☺

Inspiring isn't it?

Just always remember that God has greater plans.
He will never leave you especially when misfortune happens.

JUST BELIEVE

TRUST HIM

HAVE A STRONG FAITH ON HIM

GOD LOVES YOU SO MUCH :)

HAPPY HELLOWEEN! O.o

October is over. It's time for some spooky, scary, and creepy celebration. Say HELLO to HALLOWEEN!

Oh by the way, what is halloween all about?

The History of Halloween and All Saints' Day

The actual details of this eventual evolvement to Halloween are murky due to the lack of recorded history during this time but they are no less fascinating. It was the belief of the Celts that each year held two parts; the light and the dark. Samhain can be literally translated as summer's end, or meaning the end of the light. This day, November 1st, was considered to be the dawn of the new year on the Celtic calendar.
When Christianity began to spread across the lands, the name was changed from Samhain to Hallowmas, also known as All Saints' Day. The ritual of all Saints' Day was to honor the souls of the dead from the previous year, thereby defaulting the preceding day to be known as All Hallow's Eve or Hollantide, what we now refer to as Halloween.

Halloween: Around the world

In Austria, some people will leave bread, water and a lighted lamp on the table before retiring on Halloween night. The reason for this is because it was once believed such items would welcome the dead souls back to earth on a night which for the Austrians was considered to be brimming with strong cosmic energies.

Modern Halloween celebrations in Canada began with the arrival of Scottish and Irish immigrants in the 1800s. Jack O'Lanterns are carved and the festivities include parties, trick-or-treating and the decorating of homes with pumpkins and corn stalks.

In Czechoslovakia, chairs are placed by the fireside on Halloween night. There is one chair for each living family member and one for each family member's spirit.

The Halloween celebration in Hong Kong is known as "Yue Lan" (Festival of the Hungry Ghosts) and is a time when it is believed that spirits roam the world for twenty-four hours. Some people burn pictures of fruit or money at this time, believing these images would reach the spirit world and bring comfort to the ghosts.

In Sweden, Halloween is known as "Alla Helgons Dag" and is celebrated from October 31 until November 6. As with many other holidays, "Alla Helgons Dag" has an eve which is either celebrated or becomes a shortened working day. The Friday prior to All Saint's Day is a short day for universities while school-age children are given a day of vacation.

Halloween is not a festival native to the Philippines but is a recent adaptation from American culture, and is usually celebrated in urban areas during the last week of October by throwing Halloween costume parties and letting the children go trick-or-treating. Filipinos in rural areas, however, prefer to observe the more traditional All Saints Day or Undas on the first two days of November. Because of the similarities between the two festivals, Halloween and Undas have come to be linked, and even viewed by some as one celebration.

Common Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, wearing costumes and attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns, ghost tours, bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, committing pranks, telling ghost stories or other frightening tales, and watching horror films.

Where there is no imagination there is no horror.
